As our children are nearing college age, we realize that some horses probably have to go in order to help fund
their education. It was a tremendously difficult decision to decide what horses to put on this page as we like
them all and are proud of what they have done for us. All of the mares are proven producers and are easy to
get along with. Some are broke to ride, some are not. Some prices are negotiable, some are not--can't hurt to
ask us! Check out the foal archive page to see their cumulative production for us. These are solid mares with
no major flaws, some have a little age on them and not all can rank in the top 10! We offer them for sale with
regret, but with confidence knowing that they will go to good homes where they will be treated well and will
produce as well for you as they have for us. Delivery available within 200 miles of Starbuck, MN and we will
meet anyone further away than that at an agreed upon location.
There are three Quarter horse geldings listed for sale. They are all broke to ride; Keen has had a lot of riding
with multiple riders and Caller is newly broke but coming along fabulously. Both are very easy to get along
with and enjoy people. Dude is going to make an exceptional family horse.
We also have a couple of 2009 foals remaining for sale. Both are well-put-together fillies that should put a
person horseback followed by a nice broodmare addition if a person wishes. They are halter broke and up to
date on de-worming and vaccinations.

died from a badly infected wire cut that
slows her down a bit. She can handle
small corrals just fine but having to
navigate large areas and rough terrain
would be difficult for her. We babied
her back to health...and I do mean
babied! She was so ill that we had to
literally help her get up for about
three weeks. She carried (still can't
believe it!) a foal through her ordeal
and has now produced three very nice
babies for us. Take a look at the
notable greats in her pedigree
including Smokey Duster Too and The
Ole Man. This mare is big and correct.

and out of a Sweet Sandy Tivio mare. Both sire and
broke some bones in his face! He healed nicely but
is amazing--first time out of the round pen and he
acted like a seasoned horse riding with a mare in
heat! We exposed five mares to him for 2010 foals.
His disposition is second to none; his intelligence is
first-rate and he's beautiful to look at....a gorgeous
dappled dun...what more could you ask for? Caller's
